Watch: Black Celebrities Destroy The Left’s Narrative On Race
(Tea Party 247) – It’s funny how the left acts like everything celebrities say is gospel truth…until it conflicts with their own narrative.
In a 12-minute YouTube video, the mainstream narrative on race is painfully refuted by a series of black celebrities who say all the wrong things.
It begins with CNN’s Don Lemon discussing “systemic racism” with actor Morgan Freeman.
Lemon asks the actor if race plays a role in wealth distribution.
“Today?” Freeman asks.
“Yes,” said Lemon.
“No,” he answers. “You and I. We’re proof. Why would race have anything to do with it?”
Then there’s the interview with rapper Lil Wayne, who was asked during the Colin Kaepernick anthem-kneeling controversy what he sees in the daily lives of African Americans.
He replied that there are many black people who wouldn’t want to hear his answer, “because God knows I’ve been nothing but blessed.”
“My whole path, these 33 years have been nothing but a blessing,” he replied.
“I have never, never is a strong word, I have never dealt with racism.”
In another scene, Fox News contributor David Webb quotes Booker T. Washington who said a century ago that “there is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the wrongs” and “don’t want the patient to get well.”
Wow! How much more relevant is this today, to the left as a whole?
In another clip, Freeman is shown again, where he discusses how to get rid of racism in an interview with CBS News’ Mike Wallace.
“Stop talking about,” the actor replied. “I’m going to stop calling you a white man. And I’m going to ask you to stop calling me a black man.”
There are also clips of actors Will Smith and Denzel Washington, and talk radio host and author Larry Elder, who quoted sainted progressive President Barack Obama who said the problem is fatherhood.
Elder explained, as he often does, that a black man without a father in his life is five times more likely to be poor and 20 times more likely to end up in jail.
